van der Pol landed a performance as a ditzy Chelsea Daniels on the Disney Channel Original Series That's So Raven in 2003. She starred alongside Raven-Symone Orlando Brown and Kyle Massey. Chelsea Daniels has remained one of Van der Poli's most popular and well-known characters amongst children, teens and also adults. She received an acclaim for portraying the extrovert and unobservant role. Many initially thought it impossible because of her serious past roles.
